Issue of Equity

TMT would like to announce that it has issued and allotted 1,125,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company following the exercise of options by the Company's senior managers as previously announced on 20 June 2014.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 27 June 2014.
