--Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA) is planning to sell a refinery in Anacortes, Wash., as part of a planned divestment of assets, Reuters reported Thursday, citing "three people familiar with the matter."

--The company agreed last year to sell a refinery in California, and is looking to sell another refinery in Sarnia, Ont., the report said.
