    On 22 May 2008, the Company purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each at 97 pence per share each to be cancelled. This brings
the total number of ordinary shares held in treasury to 300,000.

    The number of ordinary shares purchased, represented approximately 0.4% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares
in issue prior to such purchases.
