                   Clarifying document sent to the creditors
                     by the Court-appointed Representatives



After having listened to its creditors and received their comments, Eurotunnel
has provided additional information and clarifications through an addendum sent
to creditors by the Court-appointed Representatives (administrateurs
judiciaires). This addendum which forms an integral part of the Proposed
Safeguard Plan clarifies and improves the presentation of the plan on which they
will be asked to vote on Monday.
