NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 
OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS 
Notification made in accordance with Disclosure rule 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the 
Disclosure Rules. 
 
The Company announces that it received notification on 24 November 2009 that on 
that day Ian McLeod, Finance Director of the Company, transferred 1,991,236 
ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to his wife Elaine 
McLeod as a gift for nil consideration. At the same time Mr McLeod transferred 
his remaining holding of 1,991,236 Ordinary Shares into a nominee account in his 
own name and in respect of which Mr McLeod retains the sole beneficial interest. 
As a result of these transactions, Ian McLeod's notifiable interest in the 
Company remains unchanged at 3,982,472 Ordinary Shares representing 1.58% of the 
issued share capital of the Company. 
The percentage calculations are based on 251,408,802 Ordinary Shares, being the 
total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
