                               Change of Director

Dori Media Group ("DMG" or "the Company"), the international media company
active in the field of television, with a focus on production, distribution,
broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, has been notified of Mrs. Ruthy
Leviev Yealizarov's resignation from the Board of Directors. Mrs. Leviev
Yealizarov had been a Non-Executive Director of DMG since August 2006. Her
resignation follows her relocation from Israel.

Further to Mrs. Leviev Yealizarov's resignation, the Board of Directors of DMG
is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Hanan Schlesinger as a new
Non-Executive Director.

Before becoming CEO of Anglo-Saxon Israel in 2003, Mr. Schlesinger, aged 50,
initially joined Anglo-Saxon Israel in 1982 as an Agent & Director at the Petach
-Tiqva branch. In 1989, he became Director of the Department of Residential
Flats and Building Plots of Anglo-Saxon Tel-Aviv and in 1993 he became Director
& Partner at "Metropolis Properties & Promotion", a franchisee of Anglo-Saxon in
Tel-Aviv. Mr. Schlesinger has a B.A in Political Science and Labor studies,
Tel-Aviv University. Mr. Schlesinger also acts as a Consultant in real estate
marketing for developers in several Central and Eastern countries in Europe.
