DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

Dori Media Group Ltd. ("DMG"), the international media company active in the
production, distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, has
today been informed that Mr. Yair Nir Dori has today transferred legal title to
225,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Mr. Zvi Hauser pursuant to a verbal
agreement entered into before Admission of Dori Media Group Limited's ordinary
shares to trading on AIM, as disclosed in the Company's Admission document.

The beneficial interests of Mr. Dori and Mr. Hauser remain unchanged at
3,525,000 and 225,000 ordinary shares respectively, representing 18.15% and
1.16% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
