The Company was informed on 30 July 2010 that, on 28 July 2010, Mike Proffitt, a 
director of the Company, disposed of 6,000,000 ordinary shares in BPC (the 
"Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 3.6 pence per Ordinary Share. 
 
Mr Profit is now interested in 12,360,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.4 per 
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
