Winning Colours(R) Stain Remover Approved by Orgill for Its National Sales Force

www.Orgill.com has approved Winning Colours Stain Remover for
representation by Orgill's 250 sales personnel to Orgill's home
improvement retailer accounts across America. Orgill, Inc is
considered to be the largest independently owned hardware and home
improvement products distributor in the nation and services
approximately 6,000 independent retailers.
The first phase of Orgill's relationship with Winning Brands
will be for the Orgill sales force to present Winning Colours Stain
Remover to its accounts and to take orders for Winning Colour from
these clients. In this first phase orders will be fulfilled
directly by Winning Brands' logistics team -- XMG Corporation,
Synergex and warehousing partners. A second phase would consist of
Orgill stocking Winning Colours at Orgill's national distribution
centres and depends upon a number of operational circumstances to
come into effect. The newest of several Orgill distribution centres
is under construction in Sikeston, Missouri scheduled for
completion in August 2009. The one million square foot facility
will be known as the Mid-America SuperCenter.
Orgill's approval of Winning Colours Stain Remover as a new
product for its sales force is significant for Winning Brands
because of Winning Brands' goal that Winning Colours become North
America's favourite stain removing product. Winning Brands CEO,
Eric Lehner, points out that attainment of this goal is as much a
practical matter as a marketing exercise: "You have to be where
your consumers are, within an easy drive of where they live and
work, visible in their lives by being present on store shelves and
known to store staff. Convenient customer access is the 'must have'
for national brand aspirations. The decision by Orgill to let its
sales force introduce Winning Colours to Orgill's vast account base
brings several thousand potential retail points of sale within
reach, adding to a national structure. 250 professional sales

In addition to operations in the USA and Canada, Orgill, Inc
distributes goods to several international markets. Orgill will
facilitate Winning Brands' intention to have its stain remover grow
internationally by cooperating with sales development opportunities
in foreign markets. Winning Colours Stain Remover is named "1000+"
in Winning Brands' early international test marketing overseas. The
international name addresses the issues of non-English language
comprehension and pronunciation, as well as overcoming limitations
of the non-roman spelling characters of Asian, Middle Eastern and
Eastern European written text. Number notation by contrast has
become universal, thus providing Winning Brands with a platform for
future international advertising. 1000+ refers to the product's
many uses in stain removing and cleaning.
Winning Brands Senior VP, Lorne Kelly, describes the
complementary nature of Orgill's role in distribution to the home
improvement sector: "Some independent retailers choose to belong to
