The annual meeting of stockholders of JBI, Inc. (the “Company”) will be held on Monday, July 23, 2012 in Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada. During the meeting, Kevin Rauber, the Company’s president and chief executive officer, will deliver a slide presentation. The Company is furnishing the presentation slides attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The presentation slides will also be posted on the investor relations section of the Company’s website at www.plastic2oil.com.
