United Technologies Names Successor for Pratt & Whitney President

United Technologies Corp. (UTX) has named Christopher Callo as
its next president of aerospace division Pratt & Whitney,
succeeding Bob Leduc, who plans to retire in early 2020.
"Chris and Bob will work closely together over the next few
months to ensure a smooth transition for both our customers and
employees," United Technologies Chief Executive Greg Hayes
said.
Mr. Callo has been the president of United Technologies's
commercial engines business since 2017. He joined the company in
2005, holding various positions, including the chief of staff for
Mr. Hayes.
Pratt & Whitney makes engines that are used in civil and
military aircraft.
