State Street Names Louis Maiuri Chief Operating Officer

State Street Corp. (STT) on Wednesday said it named Louis Maiuri
chief operating officer.
The Boston financial-services company said Mr. Maiuri, 54 years
old, assumes the chief operating officer duties from Ronald
O'Hanley, who remains president and chief executive.
State Street said Mr. Maiuri will be responsible for its
information-technology, global delivery, global exchange, Charles
River Development and product teams.
Mr. Maiuri, who joined State Street in October 2013, has been
executive vice president and head of State Street Global Markets
since June 2016 and head of State Street Global Exchange since July
2015.
