Spartech Corporation Announces Appointment of Three New Vice Presidents ST. LOUIS, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Spartech Corporation (NYSE:SEH) announced today that its Board of Directors recently approved the appointment of three new Corporate Vice-Presidents. The promotions are designed to further enhance Spartech's "Commitment to Generate Value" for shareholders, customers, and employees and to recognize the exceptional contribution these three individuals have made in the past and are expected to continue making in Spartech's future globalization plans. Effective December 1, 2004, the following individuals are being promoted to the position of Corporate Vice-President: * Donna F. Loop becomes Vice-President Human Resources. Ms. Loop joined the Company in 2001 and has more than 23 years experience in the human resources area. * Michael G. Marcely becomes Vice-President & Corporate Controller. Mr. Marcely joined Spartech in 2003 and previously served as the Company's Director of Internal Audit. * Suzanne M. Riney becomes Vice-President Environment & Quality.
