Bryan W. Ford Receives Regions’ Top Associate Honor

Regions Financial Corporation (NYSE: RF) today announced that
Bryan W. Ford, commercial and industrial client manager in Memphis,
Tenn., is the April recipient of the Better Life Award. The Better
Life Award is the top award given at Regions Bank to associates for
outstanding dedication and job performance, as well as exemplary
involvement and commitment to the community.
Ford was recognized for his outstanding commitment to customer
service. He is also noted as being an exceptional leader at Regions
and in the community. “Bryan possesses the drive to be successful
in everything he does. We are proud to honor him with this
prestigious award,” said Joe DiNicolantonio, executive vice
president and area president for Regions.
Ford joined Regions in 2007. In addition to serving the
relationship, debt, and equity capital markets needs of public,
private and governmental clients throughout West Tennessee, he is
actively involved in the community through a variety of
organizations, including serving on the board of Leadership Memphis
and as treasurer of the executive committee for Theatre
Memphis.
Ford earned his bachelor of arts degree in Business from Rhodes
College and his MBA in Finance from the University of Memphis, and
is a certified cash manager.
The Better Life Award is presented monthly to a Regions
associate who clearly lives the company’s mission to make life
better for customers, associates and the communities it serves, and

Regions associates are nominated by their managers and peers for
the award. Regions President and Chief Executive Officer Grayson
Hall honors recipients at the company’s headquarters in Birmingham,
Ala., at a meeting broadcast live to offices and branches in the 16
states Regions serves. In addition to the recognition, associates
earning the Better Life Award will receive an additional week of
vacation and a crystal award.
