reinforcements, today announced Owens Corning's fiberglass
insulation, duct products, foam insulation and masonry veneer
products have been approved under the National Association of Home
Builders (NAHB) Research Center Green Approved Products seal of
approval. The Green Approved mark indicates third-party
documentation and approval by the NAHB Research Center that a
building product contributes to compliance of specific green
practices for National Green Building Certification to the
Standard. Owens Corning is the first insulation and masonry veneer
manufacturer to receive this approval, which will help builders and
designers select products that meet specific green practices and
can earn points towards the National Green Building Standard. The
Green Approved mark was awarded to: -- Owens Corning PINK
Fiberglas(TM) Insulation batts, rolls and unbonded loosefill --
Owens Corning duct liner, duct wrap and duct board products --
FOAMULAR(R) and Celfort Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) Insulation --
Owens Corning Masonry Veneer products including Cultured Stone(R)

& Schools Certified, which are the strictest indoor air quality
