On December 7, 2020, Oil-Dri Corporation of America (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for its first quarter ended October 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and the information contained therein is incorporated herein by reference.
