Explanation of Responses:
(1)	This transaction represent a gift for no value by the Reporting Person.
(2)	On December 31, 2018, the Jeffrey Farber Family Foundation transferred 280,000 shares to the Jewish Federation.
(3)	On April 3, 2019, the 2017 GRAT transferred 140,919 shares to Jeffrey Farber's Trust.
(4)	This transaction represent a transfer for no value by the Reporting Person
(5)	On April 22, 2019, the 2018 GRAT transferred 243,171 shares to Jeffrey Farber's Trust.
(6)	Jeffrey Farber disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares.
(7)	On May 7, 2019, Jeffrey Farber's Trust transferred 140,919 shares to the 2019 GRAT.
(8)	Jeffrey Farber disclaims beneficial ownership of all but 9,500 shares held by Farber Investment, LLC.
