Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Executive ceased to be an employee of Company effective April 2, 2020. Pursuant to terms of the awards and employment-related agreements, awards representing 1,608 phantom stock awards vested. The Company will settle vested awards in cash based upon a share price of $1.62 per share (closing price per share on vesting date).
(2)	Executive cease to be an employee of Company April 2, 2020. Pursuant to terms of awards and employment-related agreements, restricted stock units presenting 4,350 shares of common stock vested and were settled in shares of common stock.
