IHS Names Vicki Raeburn Vice President, Data Accumulation

IHS Inc. (NYSE:IHS), a leading global source of critical
information and insight, today announced the appointment of Vicki
Raeburn as vice president of data accumulation. An industry veteran
with more than 25 years of experience in global operations, product
development and marketing, Raeburn is responsible for developing
and executing the global strategy for transforming the company-wide
end-to-end acquisition, consolidation and delivery of IHS data
worldwide. She and her team will leverage technology and best
practices to ensure continuous improvement of the quality of the
critical information IHS delivers to its customers, which is a
primary driver of customer delight. �I am extremely pleased to have

report. Raeburn comes to IHS from Scofield Ridge Associates, a
strategic consulting firm in the areas of data governance and data
quality programs, master data management/customer data integration
and change management. Prior to that, she served as chief quality
officer & senior vice president at Dun & Bradstreet
(D&B), where she identified re-engineering opportunities
globally and, in just two years, increased customers� perception of
overall data quality and delivered employee satisfaction scores 10
points above the D&B average. Before D&B, she served as
president of Mergent, Inc., a $35 million global financial
information company, and in executive roles with Primark Data
Company and Instinet. Raeburn holds a doctorate in Cognitive
