Subsequent to its first quarter earnings release on July 31, 2007

will host a live webcast of its earnings conference call via the
Company web site www.generalgrowth.com. The webcast will take place
on Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8:00 a.m.
CT / 6:00 a.m. PT). To join the live audio event, please visit the
