Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On March 29, 2010, Yancey L. Spruill, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DigitalGlobe, Inc. terminated a personal sales plan entered into in accordance with the guidelines specified by Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, relating to the sale of DigitalGlobe’s common stock. Mr. Spruill entered into the plan, which had provided for the sale of up to 80,000 shares of common stock (45,317 of which were sold prior to termination), on November 25, 2009.
