Explanation of Responses:
(1)  Represents shares transferred by the reporting person to MBS Family Investments LP ("MBS LP"). The limited partners of MBS LP are the reporting person and her spouse. The reporting person and her spouse are co-managers of the general partner of MBS LP.
(2)  The sale reported in this Form 4 was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on April 1, 2021.
(3)  The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $36.75 to $36.84, inclusive.
