Chemed Corporation (NYSE:CHE) announced today that the Board of
Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 6 cents per
share on its capital stock, payable on September 9, 2005, to
stockholders of record on August 22, 2005. This represents the
137th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Chemed in its 34 years
as a public company. Listed on the New York Stock Exchange and
headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Chemed Corporation
