On April 3, 2020, BP Prudhoe Bay Royalty Trust issued a press
release announcing BP Prudhoe Bay Royalty Trust’s quarterly cash
distribution to unitholders of record on April 16, 2020. The
press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated herein by reference.
