Aetna Announces 2011 Annual Meeting Will Be Held May 20 in Philadelphia

Aetna’s (NYSE: AET) annual meeting of shareholders will occur on Friday, May 20, 2011. The annual meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. ET at Le Méridien Philadelphia hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the annual meeting will be the close of business on March 18, 2011.
