DDD) announced today the appointment of Malissia Clinton to its Board of Directors,
effective immediately. Ms. Clinton currently serves as senior
vice president, general counsel and secretary at Los Angeles-based The Aerospace
Corporation.

In her role at The Aerospace Corporation, Ms. Clinton provides
legal advice and counsel to the senior management team,
coordinating corporate transactions in partnership with the board
of trustees and its committees, and maintaining custody of the
corporate records. From 1998 to 2009, Clinton served in multiple
management positions at Northrop Grumman, rising through the
leadership ranks to become senior counsel for special projects in
the Office of the General Counsel. From 1993 to 1998, Ms. Clinton
worked at the law firm Tuttle and Taylor.
Ms. Clinton earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she also served as an
editor of The Stanford Law Review. Since 2016, Ms. Clinton
has served on the board of City of Hope, a leading independent
research and treatment center for cancer, diabetes and other
life-threatening diseases. She also is a board member of the
Arizona State University
Foundation.
