Resources and Government Affairs Professionals Join Leading

optimization software company, today announced the appointment of
James E. Thomas III as the company's senior vice president
overseeing human resources functions. The company also announced
that Tammy A. Janorske has recently joined webMethods as director

Company, the American Red Cross, LCI International, and several of
Lockheed Martin's operating companies. Janorske brings over 20
years of government-related sales and technology experience to her
new position leading webMethods' Government Business Unit. Most
recently, Ms. Janorske served as vice president of business
development at NCR Government Systems Corporation, Teradata
Division. Additionally, Ms. Janorske has worked at a variety of
other high technology companies, including Sun Microsystems, Sybase
and Digital Equipment Corporation. Janorske began her career at a
