As part of a company-wide rebranding effort, TheStreet.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSCM), today introduced its new graphic identity, corporate logo, ticker symbol and corporate web address: http://www.t.st. Beginning tomorrow, the company’s ticker symbol will change from “TSCM” to “TST” on the NASDAQ Stock Market. Additionally, at the next Annual Stockholder’s meeting, the Company will seek approval to change its official corporate name to TheStreet, Inc. TheStreet’s new brand elements convey a stronger, more distinctive identity for the Company. The graphic system will be implemented over time across the full collection of the Company’s digital financial media properties, including TheStreet, RealMoney, Stockpickr, Action Alerts PLUS, Options Profits, ETF Profits, MainStreet and Rate-Watch. The new graphic system can be viewed at www.t.st under “Media Kit”.

Together with the rebranding, TheStreet’s corporate headquarters, located on Wall Street in downtown New York City, have been completely modernized. An integral component of the office space now is TheStreet’s new state-of-the-art video production studio where professional-grade video programming and interviews can be produced and edited to enhance a particular news story or to help augment the increasingly important multimedia component of TheStreet’s content.

TheStreet is currently producing over 3,000 original articles and 500 videos a month.

“Our new identity reflects the fact that during the past 15 years, we have evolved from an early pioneer on the web to a leading provider of actionable analysis, commentary and quality journalism, with an expanding platform of properties in the financial and business media vertical,” said Daryl Otte, CEO of TheStreet. “Our new branding, when fully implemented, will provide for a cohesiveness and a greater visual distinctiveness across all of our properties, which in turn will distinguish our products and services and help us continue to grow our brand equity as a leading content creator in our vertical.”

This new graphic identity was developed in collaboration with renowned graphic designer Paula Scher of New York City’s top independent graphic design firm, Pentagram. To commemorate the Company’s corporate rebranding, TheStreet will preside over the NASDAQ Closing Bell ceremony tomorrow, January 27, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
