Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 20, 2023, Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated Mr. Nicholas Koutsivitis as its Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller (Principal Accounting Officer) (the “Termination Notice Date”). The Company has provided Mr. Koutsivitis with a ninety (90) day notice period from the Termination Notice Date, which can be accelerated after sixty (60) days, depending on the Company’s position.
