Wayne Higgins has joined the company to serve in the newly-created position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Higgins, who has been serving on the Somera Communications advisory board and active with the Company for the past 18 months, is a seasoned telecommunications professional with a proven track record in global re-marketing of equipment.
