Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On July 2, 2023, Mr. Yoav Galin transitioned out of the role of Vice President, Research & Development of Company. Effective July 15, 2023, Mr. Galin will hold the position of Senior Technology Advisor to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and will focus on mentoring of new engineers and development of future technologies. Mr. Galin’s compensation remains unchanged.

Mr. Galin is being succeeded by Liron Har Shai, who will serve as the Company’s Vice President, Research & Development on a go-forward basis. Mr. Har Shai has been with the Company since 2009, most recently, serving as the Company’s Vice President, Research & Development, of the solar division.
