On April 14, 2020, Scientific Games Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, information regarding the
Company’s liquidity and capital resources as of March 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On April 9, 2020, the Company borrowed approximately $480 million under its revolving credit facilities. A
copy of the press release announcing such borrowing is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
