Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 25, 2019, SBA Communications Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.37 per share of the Company’s Class A common stock, payable on December 19, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 21, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
