He has been serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Republic First Bank since November 2003. Mr. DeCesare had been the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Bank since November 2002. Prior to that, Mr. DeCesare served as a Vice President of Commercial Lending of Commonwealth Bank from 1998 until 2001. He was Regional Vice President of Commerce Bank from 1994 to 1998. Mr. DeCesare earned his BS and MBA from La Salle University.
