Morningstar Named New Provider of Financial Data, Research Tools, and SEC Filings to the NASDAQ OMX Listing Qualifications Group

CHICAGO, May 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Morningstar, Inc.

research, has been selected as the new provider of data, research
tools, and Securities and Exchange (SEC) filings to the NASDAQ
OMX(R) Listing Qualifications group. NASDAQ OMX's team of listing
qualifications analysts is charged with promoting the integrity and
reputation of The NASDAQ Stock Market(R) by reviewing all companies
for compliance with the initial and continued listing requirements.

valuation ratios, and SEC filings for every U.S. market-traded
