Item 5.07			Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The Special Meeting of Preference Shareholders of the Company was held on December 15, 2020.

The matter voted on at the meeting by holders of Preference Shares of the Company and the number of votes cast:

1. To elect two directors to the Board of Directors of Maiden Holdings, Ltd. to serve until the earlier of (i) the 2021 Annual General Meeting, (ii) if and when dividends have been paid (or declared and a sum sufficient for payment thereof set aside) for at least four consecutive dividend periods for the Preference Shares, or (iii) the full redemption of the Preference Shares:
