Jinpan International Announces Second Quarter Dividend Payment for 2013

CARLSTADT, N.J., June 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Jinpan International Ltd (Nasdaq: JST), a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of cast resin transformers, today announced that its second quarterly cash dividend of 2013, in the amount of $0.03 per common share, will be payable on June 28, 2013 to shareholders of record as of June 18, 2013.
 
Mr. Zhiyuan Li , Chief Executive Officer of Jinpan, commented, "We are pleased to announce our second quarter dividend for 2013. Our strong financial condition allows us to return capital to our shareholders while we continue to invest in the long-term growth of our business.
