Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

IPG Photonics Corporation (the “Company”) is saddened to report that Felix Stukalin, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and member of the Company's Board of Directors, passed away on October 6, 2023. He will be greatly missed and the Company extends its sincere condolences to Mr. Stukalin’s family.
