NEW YORK, Nov. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Iconix Brand Group,
Inc. (Nasdaq: ICON) ("Iconix" or the "Company"), today announced
that it has entered into a two-year $150
million secured revolving credit agreement with Barclays
Capital, Goldman Sachs Bank USA,
and GE Capital Markets. The new revolving credit agreement was put
in place to maintain flexibility and enhance the Company's capital
structure.

capital, allowing us to remain opportunistic with our acquisition
strategy and our recently announced share repurchase program."
