The 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World^® Resort, 10100 Dream Tree Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32836.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
