Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 23, 2024, ElectraMeccanica Vehicles Corp. (the “Company”) notified Kim Brink, the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer, that the Company will not renew the Executive Employment Services Agreement, dated December 24, 2021, between the Company and Ms. Brink (the “Brink Employment Agreement”). The initial term of the Brink Employment Agreement was until January 24, 2024 and was automatically renewed for three months to April 24, 2024 in accordance with the terms of the Brink Employment Agreement. Ms. Brink’s last day of employment with the Company will be April 24, 2024.
