Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  Mr. Bernstein's children are now adults, and he has no pecuniary interest in the shares held as custodian for his children. Accordingly, in accorance with SEC rules, Mr. Bernstein will no longer be reporting his children's ownership of Bel Fuse Inc. common stock on his beneficial ownership forms.
( 2)  These shares are owned by a family limited liability company of which Mr. Bernstein is a member.
( 3)  The number of shares held in the 401(k) plan is estimated.
