Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP) on Thursday said it named
Kathleen Winters chief financial officer, effective April 15.
The Roseland, N.J., payroll processor said Ms. Winters succeeds
Jan Siegmund, who is stepping down as chief financial officer.
ADP said Ms. Winters, 51 years old, is joining from MSCI Inc.
(MSCI), where she has been chief financial officer since May 2016.
MSCI on Wednesday said Andrew Wiechmann would serve as interim
chief financial officer.
Mr. Siegmund, who joined ADP in 1999 and has been CFO since
November 2012, announced his plans to leave last June.
ADP said Ms. Winters will receive an annual base salary of
$650,000, an annual bonus with a target of 150% of her base pay,
and a $1.25 million cash sign-in bonus.
