ROSELAND, N.J., Feb. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ADP®, a leading provider of human resource outsourcing, payroll services, benefits administration as well as integrated computing solutions for vehicle dealers, will host its annual Executive Women in Leadership (WIL) meeting today in Morristown, N.J.

More than 100 senior-level women executives from across ADP's global organization will gather for this year's conference, which is entitled "Staying in the Game to Win." During the two-day event, WIL members will participate in a series of panel discussions and hear from a stellar lineup of guest speakers, including golf legend and entrepreneur Annika Sorenstam, ADP's senior-ranking female executive Regina Lee, and Molly Anderson, co-author of The Corporate Lattice: Achieving High Performance in the Changing World of Work.

Founded in 2001 as a grassroots organization of senior-level executive women at ADP, WIL promotes leadership and career advancement opportunities for women executives. Since then, the group has grown into a network of more than 100 senior female executives across ADP's global organization. ADP employs more than 54,000 associates around the world and more than half are women.

"ADP is proud of its long-standing commitment to diversity and the advancement of women in the workplace," said Pam Durkin, division vice president and general manager, ADP Employer Services and chairwoman of ADP's WIL group. "Our Executive Women in Leadership annual meeting provides an excellent forum for senior-level executives at ADP to exchange insights and ideas, hear from outside experts, and participate in meaningful dialogue that can help groom future women leaders at ADP."

Featured speakers at the 2012 ADP Executive Women in Leadership meeting include:

  • Annika Sorenstam, Hall of Fame Golfer and Businesswoman: Annika stepped away from professional golf after the 2008 season to focus on her family and the ANNIKA brand of businesses, including the ANNIKA Academy, ANNIKA Financial Group, ANNIKA Course Design, the ANNIKA Collection of apparel with Cutter & Buck, signature high-end wines with Wente Vineyards, and an online retail shop, shopannika.com.
  • Regina Lee, President of ADP Major Account Services, National Account Services, GlobalView® and ADP Canada: Regina is a 29-year veteran of ADP and the highest-ranking female executive at the company. Having held numerous senior-level positions during her long tenure with the company, she helped create ADP's Executive Women in Leadership group more than a decade ago and currently serves as Executive Sponsor of the group.
  • Molly Anderson, co-author of The Corporate Lattice: Achieving High Performance in the Changing World of Work:  Molly has helped define an emerging model business leaders can use to capitalize on the collapse of the traditional corporate ladder.  Molly specializes in innovative strategies to engage today's increasingly diverse, knowledge-based workforce.

"Having helped establish our Executive Women in Leadership initiative, it's gratifying to see how the group has grown and evolved over the past decade," notes Regina. "Today, WIL also plays an important role in enabling our senior women executives to 'pay it forward' by helping to guide and develop ADP's future women leaders."

"As a female entrepreneur with numerous businesses, I enjoy talking to other women about their approach to business challenges," said Annika. "The women executives at ADP that I've spoken with are clearly driven and passionate about what they do, and I've always believed that passion is essential to being successful. But as a golfer, I also recognize the important role of coaching and mentoring. I admire how senior women executives at ADP dedicate their time to mentoring other women.  I am excited about meeting more women executives at ADP and contributing to a program that inspires them to achieve their future goals."

Over the years, ADP has been widely recognized for its dedication to inclusiveness and diversity. In 2011, the company was named as a "Top Company for Working Families" by DiversityInc Magazine, which also listed ADP in 2010 as one of the "Top 50 Companies for Diversity" and "Top 10 Companies for Latinos." Diversity MBA magazine also ranked ADP in its "Top 50 Out Front Companies for Diversity Leadership: Best Places for Diverse Managers to Work" in 2010. In 2009 and 2010, ADP was ranked by Working Mother magazine as one of the "100 Best Companies for Working Mothers." In addition, ADP recently received a 100 percent survey rating from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's "2011 Corporate Equality Index," distinguishing the company as one of the "Best Places to Work for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Employees."
