/PRNewswire/ -- People to People Ambassador Programs, a subsidiary
of Ambassadors Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:EPAX), a leader in providing
global educational travel experiences, announces its Citizen
Ambassador Programs fall travel season with unique opportunities
for legal professionals to meet and exchange ideas with
international colleagues. Groups comprised of judges, law
enforcement personnel, professors, arbitration and mediation
specialists, paralegals, administrators and criminologists will
travel to ten global destinations this year to engage in cultural
exchanges with colleagues and government officials alike. "We have
a 20-year history with the American Bar Association (ABA) and
travel more than 500 legal professionals each year," said Dawn
Davis, executive director of Citizen Ambassador Programs. "During a
two-week exchange, groups of professionals will collaborate with
global counterparts, establish new friendships and experience the
heart and soul of a country that will forever shape and impact
their career." ABA and State Bar Association Continuing Legal
Education Credits are available in the majority of states after
program completion. Most programs are approved for 10-15 credit
hours. Comprised of an intimate group ranging from 15-40
professionals, and led by accomplished U.S. attorneys with a
passion for their profession and a hunger for intellectual
discovery, People to People Citizen Ambassador Programs will travel
legal professionals to South Africa, Rwanda, Russia, China, India
and Egypt this year to learn and share ideas about foreign legal
and judicial systems, politics, economy, history and culture.

Jurisprudence China and Mongolia -- Criminal Defense China -- Legal

globally opening doors for our legal community, building bonds
based upon the rule of law," said Richard Pena, president of the
American Bar Foundation, past president of the State Bar of Texas,
and leader of 12 global exchanges with People to People Citizen
Ambassador Programs. "This is a wonderful opportunity for U.S.
lawyers to go out and see the differences and challenges
experienced by our counterparts in other countries. We can really
make an impact just by sitting down one-on-one and exchanging ideas
with people. In a small way, we help advance the rule of law in all
the countries we visit, and gain so much more in return." Pena, who
has led professional exchanges to China, Cambodia, India, Cuba,
South Africa, Russia and Vietnam, will be leading a group of
professionals to Cairo and Alexandria, Egypt this fall. Program
highlights include Egypt's Islamic and civil law, ancient Egypt and
the evolution of law, migration and immigration concerns, family
law, terrorism law and the impact religion has on law. In 2009,
Pena will chair the U.S.-India Law Forum that is being planned in
Delhi and Agra. Conference activities will focus on 10 key topics:
international law, law and legal systems, legal education, civil
justice, immigration law and human trafficking, courts and the
judicial process, litigation, intellectual property law,
