On August 13, 2019, Akamai Technologies, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has priced $1,000,000,000 of Convertible Senior Notes due 2027 in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
