Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified of the following transactions it
its Ordinary Shares by Andrew Gerrie, an Executive Director of the
Company, a Director and Person Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMR") :
- On 9 January 2023, a sale of Ordinary Shares;
- On 9 January 2023, gift transfers of Ordinary Shares at nil cost; and
- On 9 January 2023, a transfer of Ordinary Shares (in satisfaction of outstanding fees).
Andrew Gerrie now owns 216,949,542 Ordinary Shares in the
Company in his personal and joint holdings.
