Explanation of Responses:
(1)	On March 26, 2020, the Board granted Mr. Chastain stock options to purchase up to 50,000 shares of common stock. The stock options are subject to Mr. Chastain's continuous service with the Issuer. The options vest in four equal annual installments on the one-year anniversary of the date of grant and an additional 1/48th of such shares will vest each month thereafter.
