The capital of our 100% owned subsidiary Lifecell Ventures Coöperatief U.A. (“Lifecell Ventures”) is increased by USD 25,000,000 (EUR 20,311,902) to EUR 1,701,583,363. Our Company’s pre-emption rights with respect to the capital increase will be fully paid.
