ITS WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY

Israel – September 25, 2017 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (TASE: CEL) (the "Company") announces that
Discount Investment Corporation Ltd. (the Company's direct controlling shareholder), or DIC, transfered its holdings (direct and
indirect - through a certain wholly owned subsidiary) in the Company to Koor Industries Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of DIC.
